\"\"Today I received a message from someone that I know however we are not super close.
\nThis person reached out to tell me how they are feeling and open their heart about their struggles. I’m so proud of them and I’m super excited that my work is paying of. This is exactly what I want…. I want you to know that it is okay to struggle and be sad and I also want you to remember that asking for help is not a weakness, it’s a strength.<\/p>\n

I still have days when I cry for hours without any reason and I still have days when I panic inside and forget my worth. When I have days like this I try to remember that the reason I feel this way is because I need to let it all out. To keep it in is not going to do me any favours. I can also be very pushy and demanding towards people around me and I love that they have the patience to let me do what I have to do. This is just the insecurities inside of me and this is something that I’m working on.<\/p>\n

I do believe that if people in your life can’t deal with that. I’m not sure if they are in your life for the right reasons and maybe it’s time to let them go.<\/p>\n

\n

We are all human and please remember that we all make mistakes. Don’t hide your feelings, speak up and be open about how you feel or else you might hit rock bottom and no-one is there to help you. You only have one life, be honest to the people that means the most.<\/p>\n
