People often say that they would go mad without their partner or their friends. Their community keeps them mentally stable. This is absolutely beautiful words, however it can be harmful too.

It’s amazing if other people help us with being happy, but the truth is that it’s our own responsibility to do that first. It’s easier to depend on someone else for our own needs because we don’t have to take responsibility and we don’t have to grow.<\/p>\n

It’s like giving away our own well-being.. The hardest part is that there is no guarantees that they will always be there. This means that is they move away from us we move away from our own well-being.<\/p>\n

If we over depend on others they will drop us faster that they picked us up.
Don’t see this as something negative..
It’s a message for you to understand and get the opportunity to grow long term. Our happiness and health starts with us, Not your job, not your friends, not your partner, not your family… WITH YOU. <\/p>\n

Happiness is how we feel abut ourself we we are by ourselves. When we are around people we feel amazing but as soon as we are lonely we feel empty, sad and disconnected to the world. Remember that it’s in those moments where we realise how we feel about ourselves. If you can’t be happy alone.. make sure to practice being lonely. Lonely is strong and even if some people see it as weak it’s not… it’s POWER.<\/p>\n

Don’t depend on anyone too much in this world because even your own shadow leaves you i the darkness… There are people that are always there in dark times and good times, Make sure you pay the your attention and tell them how grateful you really are. But NEVER depend on them to much because it will push them away.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

A well known problem is that we either go to everyone with our problems or we contact one person with all our problems. This is not the right way to deal with problems, we will drain them with negativity and we will therefor push people away.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

That’s why it’s important to form a group of people, different experts, different people, guides and coaches for different areas of our lives.
There are three different areas in life where we need guidance and those areas are care, competent and character.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Coaches, mentors, leaders and guides can help you to grow, they can help you and guide you through the toughest of times and they will always be there when you need. They will tell you the truth when NO one else can and they will support you to reach your dreams and make sure that you know that you have what it takes.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

No one is coming to save you, you have to save yourself. No one is coming to change your life, you have to change yourself. You have to be your own hero and save your own heart, because sometimes the people you can’t live without can live without you.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Therefor I highly recommend to hire a coach that will be there and support you. Let them deal with the hard stuff so you can stay connected with your tribe.
