The truth…<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We all have secrets, some are big, some are small, some are good and some are bad. Unfortunately we live in a society where talking about your mental health is tabu. As a society we tell ourself that it is ok to talk about and we “think” that we are an open society. But as soon as you open your mouth about how bad you feel you will be seen as a weakness. Don’t get e wrong, there is a LOT of amazing people out there that really understands and would never judge you, but then there is also people out there that can’t understand.<\/p>\n

I know that my family loves me, but I also know that they feel hurt and they feel my pain when I open up and talk about this. So dear family, I love you guys and I’m sorry if my honesty will cause you pain, but this is the way for me to hopefully save someone else out there.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I wasn’t gonna write about this on my blog, but after finding out that a good friend of mine decided to leave this world by choice only a month ago got me thinking.<\/p>\n

– What if my words and my life can save someone else, what if they can use my words and get inspired by my journey. (I still struggle, and I probably will for the rest of my life), However It’s all about finding a way to fight the devils in your head and do everything to make yourself feel strong and happy. (It’s very hard work, but it’s possible).<\/p>\n

I won’t tell you about my journey today, but I will give you a wise little quote that I got sent from an amazing friend.<\/p>\n

“The most painful thing is loosing yourself in the process of loving someone too much, and forgetting you are special too”.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
