We often judge people for the wrong reasons and it won’t lead to anything good. I had a friend of mine telling me that someone had said that they don’t understand what I’m doing in life and that I will probably end up lonely and miserable. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This made me very upset and I started defending myself and judging her for her life choices. But then I stopped myself and I acknowledges that I had NO right to judge her or anything in her life. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I havet’ walked in her shoes and I don’t know what made her judge me for my life choices. So instead of judging I decided to pause and reflect on the feeling. I took the feeling in felt it and then I let it go. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After this day I have decided that every time I get judged by someone I will acknowledge their judgement and then I will let it go. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The more you can do this the more you will develop a strength within yourself and in this way you will create a calm within yourself. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The power of not judging is stronger than you think and being able to choose the battles is a very powerful tool to put in your toolbox. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stop judging and find inner strength to handle judgement toward yourself. We are stronger together, so stop judging and start understanding. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
