We live in a world full of people with a goal to succeed and do what they love doing. We tell our kids that if the go to University it will be easier to get a job and succeed in life. There is so many people that have a desire to matter in the world and to reach their full potential. Still there is so many that never get the opportunity.<\/p>\n

I got the opportunity to speak to a girl last week that graduated from university in December 2017. She told me how she had so much ambitions to reach success in life and do what she always wanted to do. She also told me that since January she has applied for over 200 jobs,<\/strong> and she have only been called in for two interviews. She still don’t have a job and she is now on the system and on\u00a0Centrelink. Her story really touched my heart when she told me that the interviews that she had was not a great experience. The\u00a0assessor made her fell that she was stupid and also made her feel that she was not worthy of anything.<\/p>\n This girl is now suffering for very bad depression and she doesn’t believe that she will ever get a job in the field that she studied. She doesn’t have the “experience”<\/strong> they told her, therefor she didn’t get the job. And then there is businesses that\u00a0fools young ambitious people to work for commission only.<\/p>\n I consider myself lucky that I was born 33 years ago and I was able to get work experience. I have a lot of experience, but I also know how it feels to be turned down all the time. It’s a hard struggle and it’s even harder when you are young and you have all the right intentions, but you never get the opportunity.<\/p>\n I understand from a business perspective that it’s hard to take onboard someone new, but imagine all the amazing knowledge they carry around. Wouldn’t that be awesome to get some of that into your business, someone that thinks outside the box and are willing to do everything in their power to impress you.<\/p>\n I’m scared for the world we are living in and I’m scared for the kids that is not yet born. It’s all about money and we don’t care who we hurt along the way, you are just a number and we will replace you if we need to. I have left companies like that for just that reason.<\/p>\n I’m not surprised that we have a terrible mental health in the world, and I’m not surprised that the amount of suicides are rising.
