A large scale of people go most of their lives without ever having their heart above their head. They have never experience life\u00a0being upside down. However it says that hanging upside down brings immediate stress relief. \u00a0Inversion as it’s called\u00a0will induce endorphins, the \u201cgood mood\u201d hormone to your brain. When this happens your body will fell relaxed \u00a0and this can even help to\u00a0relieve depression caused by reduced circulation\u00a0https:\/\/pain-in-lower-back.com\/inversion-therapy\/<\/a><\/p>\n

If you get the opportunity to hang with your feet over your head I can promise you that you will be impressed with the way inversions<\/a> can make your body feel.<\/p>\n

I will start a challenge and \u00a0I’d love if you could get onboard. Do one exercise twice a week where you see life upside down and let me know how you feel. Send me a picture in our new Facebook<\/a> group and inspire others to do the same. I’m super excited to see everyones picture and a little story about how it makes you feel.<\/p>\n
