I recently worked with someone that made me feel very small as a person. She didn’t value anything that I did and she spoke to me badly.

She could say things like “are you stupid”, “You should know that by now” or just being rude in the way she answered my questions. In the end I stopped asking questions because she made me feel stupid overtime I asked. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a business owner myself I don’t want people to feel like this and it’s important for me that I don’t have people like that in my business. Because at the end of the day it doesn’t matter how good we are at something, there will always be new things to learn and thats when we are allowed to ask for help as long as we need to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some people learn super fast and some people take a little bit longer, but I believe that if you encourage the once that struggles a little bit they will be the diamonds in your business. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I also believe that people like her, the person that made me feel small is very insecure and that’s why she’s being so mean to everyone else. She believes that if she makes other people feel small she will be the winner, but in my eyes she’s the BIGGEST LOSER… <\/p>\n\n\n\n

So if you’re surrounded by someone that makes you feel small my best recommendation is to ignore them and let them be… because karma will sort that shit out. They will probably hit a wall or they will be treated exactly the same by someone else. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

They are the small once, not you. Love who you are and stand up for what you believe in…. You are the strong one. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I belive in you and I’m convinced that you will succeed in life and find your place and when you do you will shine like never before. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
