To be able to look at yourself and your actions and say that you&#8217;re sorry is a big step towards emotional awareness.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">The hard part is that some people doesn&#8217;t know how to apologize or how to say that they&#8217;re sorry because they don&#8217;t even know that they hurt you.
