Mental Health Advocate

I’m sorry for yesterday, but the page wasn’t working.
Thanks to everyone that visited anyway <3

Today we are back and I’d like to talk about what it means to me to be a Mental Health Advocate

As a Mental Health Advocate I’m working to inspire others that’s suffering to open up and talk about it. It’s important to me that businesses can understand that suffering from Mental Health is not a problem, it’s a strength. The reason it’s a strength is because if you can survive that you can survive and do anything.

I’m inspired to make the world a better place and my blog is just the start. I believe that everyone deserves to have someone to talk to that can understand and relate to how they’re feeling. I want us to inspire each other and be strong together. The support is a big part of the recovering process and to have people around you that knows exactly how you feel is powerful.

Don’t loose faith.

There is so many different ways to handle poor mental health and in a later post I will tell you about a couple of steps that I use to handle my own mental health.

Thanks for visiting.
Please leave me a comment below and give me some feedback regarding my page and the content.

XOXO

Ps: It really breaks my heart to read about two famous people leaving this planet because they just couldn’t stand it anymore.
Kate Spade – was was an American fashion designer and she suffered from very bad mental health.
Avicii – Tim Burgling was a Swedish musician that also suffered from very bad depression. He also suffered from poor Mental Health.

  1. I don’t understand what the recovery process means,it never goes away, and that is why family and friends dont understand, its also forgotten mental illness stays for life, its how its treated and accepted by others that makes a huge difference.

    1. Hi Donna, Thanks for your feedback =)
I like to call it the recovery process because that’s what it is. We recover from it even if it doesn’t go away. The part after recovering is to do everything to not fall back. I totally agree that it’s how its treated and accepted that makes a huge difference. I also know that it is very hard for people that has never suffered themselves to understand someone that does.

Thats why we need to see others that is suffering as well and in that way we can stay strong.

  2. We would like to thank you once again for the gorgeous ideas you offered Jeremy when preparing her post-graduate research in addition to, most
importantly, with regard to providing every one of the ideas within a blog post.
Provided that we had known of your web site a year ago, we’d have
been saved the unnecessary measures we were selecting.
