Day 5 Storuman to Sjettevatnet
On day 5 we drove though amazing landscape on our way in to Norway. There were lots of lakes and we could see the mountains in the background, it was absolutely stunning. We crossed the border to Norway around 1,30pm and decided to stop and have lunch at nice breaking spot with a view over a lake.

After the break we continued our journey to a city named Mo I Rana. We went down to the harbour went for a nice walk. On the other side of the harbour we could see colourful houses in a row and behind them we could see magnificent mountains. We, or at least me was hoping to spot a seal or two, but unfortunately I wasn’t that lucky this time. (I guess I just have to travel down to south of Australia and see them).

After our walk we drove through the fjords and they were absolutely breathtaking. I can’t event describe the nature in Norway with words and I definitely recommend everyone to go and see for themselves if you ever get the chance. I tried to get a nice picture on my phone, but it was very hard. (G has taken a lot of beautiful pictures of the fjords, and when I’m home I will find a good one to show you guys.
We didn’t end up driving as long this day sine we stoped a lot to take pictures and enjoy the beautiful views. In the evening I managed to find a place that turned out to be G’s favourite spot during our travels. It was a next to another beautiful lake surrounded by mountains. (Named Sjettevatnet). The water in the lake was very warm and I regret not having a swim that evening, because during the night the rain was poring down and I was glad we decided to sleep in the car and not the tent that night.

Have you ever been to Norway? If so, what’s your favourite place?
XOXO

Ps: as you all know I also talk about mental health in my blog and when we were in Norway I wasn’t feeling to well. This caused me to be unhappy and I didn’t enjoy Norway as much as I could. (I will definitely go there again and do everything I can to work on myself so I can enjoy it even more).
Having brain ghosts is hard, for everyone. G, My family, my friends and me. I often feel left out and lot loved enough…but I know it’s not them; it’s all in my head. I know that I’m loved and I know that I’m lucky to have this people in my life. I also know what’s important to me in life and what I have to do to create a “happy” life.
If you suffer from mental health, please don’t be scared to talk about it. If your friends can’t accept it they are not your real friends. I have learned that it’s only when life it hard you realise who cares about you and who is your real friends.
