Remember that no matter what people say you are amazing just the way you are. And when you start to realise that the right people will walk into your life and they will walk alongside you throughout life. The people that doesn’t stay was only there to teach you a lesson. We can’t choose our family, but we can choose our friends. And if you choose wisely you will never be alone again. Also remember that loneliness is only a feeling and it’s a blessing to learn how to be alone. Research has proven that people that can’t be on their own most often go back to toxic relationship and they can’t handle their feelings. They don’t let them self feel… they surround themselves with people to take away the pain. They put their emotions on hold and they never really heal themselves.

We live and we learn. I have asked myself so many times what was that person suppose to teach me, and sometimes it has take me longer than others to understand what it was. I have learnt from my relationships, but I have also open their eyes. Whatever we surround ourself with is a reflection of ourself. I can promise you that if you look at people around you there will be trails that is very similar to yours. There will be qualities and flaws that you carry yourself.
