Mann me haare haar hai, mann me jeete meet
There is a saying in Hindi in India mann me haare haar hai, mann me jet meet, it means that if you believe you have lost, then you have and if you believe that you have won, then you have.

One day you will look back at your life and be proud of everything that you did.
Straight from my heart
Some days when I wake up I feel no purpose of being here. I feel lost and some days are worse than others. Today is one off those days. I look at my life and it doesn’t make sense, it feels like I’m a prisoner in my own life. Every decision that I have made has taken me here, but it doesn’t feel like my life. I try everything, meditation, yoga and walking, but it doesn’t seems to work. I don’t worry about the future, I worry about now. I’m slowly sinking and I feel like there is no one trying to save me.
I have studied mental illness and I know that a lot of people feel the same way. It is very lonely on this side. I’m about to loose everything. The weirdest thing is that I don’t care. I don’t care about anything at all.
I’m not writing this so you can feel sorry for me, I’m writing this post hoping that there is someone out there that feels the same way as I do and that they will contact me and together we can win. Because I know that if we can win over this terrible “disease” we can win everything. I want to educate people, kids, teenagers and grown up’s that it is ok to talk about it. There is absolutely nothing to be ashamed for.
I used to feel ashamed talking about it, but that is just because everyone around me was ashamed. I’m not scared of telling the truth, there is no reason to hide.
If you can relate to this, send me a message. I’d love to speak to you and we can stand together and win. Together we are strong and we will find a way out.
Thanks for reading, I love you all.
